Dear Chase Customer Service:

Please to not be talking down to your callers, okay? When I say I need to close my credit card, I need to close my credit card. I understand you're probably trained on customer retention, but how many times must I repeat 'I need to close it' before you stop with the shpiel? Kthxbi.

Ugh. You know their cold call promotion people are really annoying too. How many times do I have to say, "No, I don't want it," before they get off the phone?

And she was so snarky and rude too. Finally was all, fine! And shot thru the whole 'I've cancelled your account blah blah blah' like I'd mortally offended her. I was thisclose to asking for her supervisor, but that's just a waste of time.

Those are the situations I wish I could ask my ex's mom to call (she did that once or twice) because she's not afraid to be a b*tch right back, and usually manages to get something nice out of the whole thing.... Me on the other hand, I turn into an idiot on the phone and can't seem to make my brain and mouth work properly.
