I've cancelled my last old pre-order with Amazon.com, good thing I remembered before it shipped, and told them exactly why I did it in the comments. While I was at it, and in the midst of pondering a site redesign at Dreamscapes and Legends, I took down the Amazon Associates shop (it wasn't even justifying its own existence with revenue), and am now in the process of taking down my Amazon Wishlist.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.
